Content Moderation & Safety Scanning

To keep MakeInfluencer.ai a strictly safe-for-work platform, we run a layered moderation system. Before any image or video is generated, your prompt is pre-screened against an explicit-intent denylist and an LLM-based moderation classifier; prompts that violate the policy are rejected before the model is invoked and before any credit is charged. Every uploaded reference, every output produced by the AI models we route to, and every showcase submission is then scanned post-generation (OpenAI omni-moderation as the primary signal, plus a secondary image classifier, plus dense per-frame video sampling). The moderation result, the moderated categories, and a flagged/not-flagged status are stored alongside the asset for audit, appeals, and policy enforcement. When an asset is flagged, the underlying media URL is stripped from every server response — only a flagged-state placeholder is shown to the user, the file cannot be exported, and the file cannot be shared. We do not use moderation results for advertising or for anything other than enforcing our Acceptable Use & Trust & Safety policy.

Identity, Likeness & Deepfake Protection

MakeInfluencer.ai is designed for the creation of original AI characters. Reference photos uploaded for character training must contain a detectable face — uploads without one are rejected at the training step. Custom uploads also require an explicit, timestamped rights-confirmation gate where the user attests they own or have documented consent for every reference image. We do not knowingly accept reference images of identifiable real people other than the account holder (or a person who has provided documented consent), and we do not market or support deepfake, face-swap, or character-edit onto identifiable third parties. Trained AI character models are private to the creating account by default — they are never published, never shared with other users, and never used to train shared infrastructure. If you believe your likeness has been used on the platform without your consent, please email hello@makeinfluencer.ai and we will investigate within 72 hours.
