Make Influencer AI does not provide refunds for any subscription payments or services rendered. This policy exists because creating AI influencers involves substantial computational resources, custom model fine-tuning, and infrastructure costs that are incurred immediately upon service initiation. These costs are non-recoverable for our platform.

AI Influencer Creation and Usage

• You maintain ownership of your AI influencer's unique characteristics
• We retain rights to the underlying AI technology and infrastructure
• You are responsible for your AI influencer's content and interactions
• We may terminate accounts that violate our content guidelines
• You may not reverse engineer or extract our AI models

Content Guidelines

Your AI influencer must not:

• Generate or promote illegal content
• Impersonate real individuals without authorization
• Engage in harassment or hate speech
• Distribute malicious content or spam
• Violate intellectual property rights

Platform Usage

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials

Termination
